My name is Jonathan and I am a fully qualified Hatha Yoga teacher, Hypnotherapist and Reiki Level 2 Practitioner. I am fully insured and a member of the Yoga Alliance UK. I completed my 200 hour teaching accreditation at the Sivananda Ashram in the Bahamas which was an incredible life changing event for me.
 

Session description:
With private Yoga tuition, the Yoga lesson is tailored specifically to your needs; one to one classes are an ideal way for people who are new to Yoga to develop their personal practice. The Yoga lesson can move at the pace right for you, taking into account your own health and fitness and the personal requirements that you have for your Yoga practice. Even if you are an experienced Yoga practitioner one to one Yoga lessons can help you to refine your practice and alignment.

Pricing:

• Yoga: One hour = £49 / Booking of five hours = £220 (save £25) / Booking of ten hours = £400 (save £90)
• Reiki: One hour = £40 / Booking of four hours = £150 (save £10)
• Yoga and Reiki combined: One hour Yoga and a 30 Mins Reiki = £65 / One hour Yoga with one hour Reiki = £78
• Hypnotherapy: Initial Consultation (1-1 & 1/2 hours) = £75 / One hour session = £65
• Smoking cessation (one off two hour session) = £195
