As your Personal Trainer, my aim is to motivate and deliver fitness results and happiness for anyone that wants to be, feel and live healthier.
I am a REPs registered and recognised Fitness Professional and a qualified Personal Trainer (Level 3), I am also a qualified Pilates Instructor (Level 3). I work out of Redbridge, London.
I have always had a passion for fitness and exercise, but haven’t always been able to fulfil it. I used to spend most of my time behind a desk, with walks to the water fountain being my main form of exercise – so when it comes to understanding the challenges of maintaining a healthy lifestyle with the demands of a busy life – I’ve been there! Now, with my out of office on for good, my aim is to motivate and deliver fitness results and happiness for anyone that wants to be, feel and live healthier! I love how exercise and a healthy but balanced lifestyle makes me feel and I am so excited to work with you so that you can feel the same!
Session description:
My unique approach of combining the fundamentals of Pilates with Personal Training ensures each session will strengthen you from the core! Each Programme includes a Lifestyle & Nutrition Consultation, designed to help you make lasting and positive changes every day.
Qualifications:

- Pre and Post Natal qualified
