I have over 8 years experience as a fitness and lifestyle trainer. I believe small changes can make a big difference, but most of all I believe in creating a healthy lifestyle that is compatible with your busy schedule.
Whether it be improving your nutrition or forming the best programme to get you fit and increase your energy levels, I can help you develop a better understanding of how your mind and body work together.
Session description:
I offer flexible programmes in London to suit your needs. From kettlebell training to developing core strength to having fun kickboxing. It’s all about variation, and making exercise interesting. I will guide, encourage and support you all the way with my body changing workouts. Together we will reach your goals!

- Initial Consultation is FREE. I then offer 1hr sessions that are GYM, HOME or PARK based. ‘GYM or PARK- £70, HOME £80 (discount on all block bookings of 10 or more). In addition I offer specialist packages of ‘QUICK FIX’ or ‘TONE & SHAPE’.
