Session description:
I specialise in helping my clients build their confidence and creating quick and effective workouts that can be done anywhere. My signature style focuses on high intensity functional bodyweight exercises, incorporating a combination of yoga, pilates, gymnastics and calisthenics. I come to you to conduct sessions in the comfort of your own home. Alternatively, we can train in the fresh air in an outdoor location, meaning you do not need a gym membership.

- Certificate 4, Fitness. Wellness Coaching Australia
- Level 1 & 2, Wellness Coaching
