Glen John Jones is the Founder and Company Director of Vapour Training. Glen specialises in Lifestyle Integration Coaching and is an upcoming Author. He currently resides in London, England.

 

His high standard of service offers a dynamic approach; in order to help those who wish commit to themselves – get the results they desire safely and effectively.

 

Glen has over 7 years experience within the health, fitness and nutrition industry; working alongside some of the most prominent nutrition and gym businesses in the process.

 

He originally, started studying toward his title in 2008 and has since gone on to achieve many certifications and accolades. He continues to put himself through further education on a daily basis; in order to permanently offer the best quality in service and etiquette standards to his clients.

 

To date, his tenure has seen him develop personalised one-on-one training for clients of all abilities, not just in the U.K – but ‘down under’ in Australia.

 

Since returning to the U.K; Glen has founded his own wellbeing company – Vapour Training. Established: November 2013.
