I am a REPS certified Personal Trainer in London, having qualified with Premier Training International via their industry-recognised ‘gold’ standard training course. My previous work experience lies within youth work and sports coaching. Working within these fields since I was 18, I have always been involved in supporting and developing people. I am passionate and inspired to help people realise their potential both physically and mentally. I am also a qualified Football Coach, Youth Worker and hold certificates in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), solution-focussed therapy, management and First Aid.
I entered into the Health and Fitness industry as a Personal Trainer as I am hugely passionate about fitness, exercise, health and sport. This passion and the desire to support others to lead more active and healthy lifestyles, coupled with previously gained skills I hold led me to Personal Training. Competitively, I take part in Olympic distance Triathlons, Half-Marathons, Marathons and Cycle Sportifs. In my free time I play Football, Swim, Cycle, Snowboard, go Walking and take part in Muay Thai Kickboxing and Yoga.

I have played all different types of sport in life, from football to kick boxing. I’m a firm believer that with the right attitude in sport, this will help you to be more disciplined in life.
Whether you are a seasoned athlete or new to exercise, I have the right knowledge and skills to guide you towards your goals. Having been a fully qualified PT since 2006, I always ensure my sessions are varied and fun, whilst making sure you are pushed in terms of your abilities. I’m based in Putney, Wandsworth, London.

]]>I’m the current British & European Kick-Boxing & Muay Thai Champion, in addition to World Championship double bronze medalist and the current Number 1 World Title Contender. Through my success I’ve been honoured to meet Her Majesty The Queen, was one of the Olympic torch bearers and have been voted Number 1 in the British Bangladeshi Power List as most inspirational person and have received a number of other accolades such as Asian Sports personality of the year and being short-listed alongside internationally recognised athletes such as Mo Farrah.
In addition to the obvious attribute of fitness and good health, sport has also taught me about self respect and respect for others, working on my own initiative and working within the context of a team, physical strength and inner strength to overcome challenges and fears. I have been blessed to be fortunate enough to pursue my passion at a World Class level and I am grateful for the positive and life changing experiences sport has given my life. I wish to share this passion with others teaching them discipline inside and outside of the ring.
Session description:
Boxing The classes include many of the conditioning and boxing drills that Ruqsana uses for her own preparation before fights. Whilst the boxing classes are pure boxing demonstrating good foot work, coordination, defence and tailored attack combination to best suit the client’s strength.
