At sixteen I won my first individual national competition and became the youngest (and shortest) athlete to be accepted into Sweden’s Olympic rowing team. At 18 I competed for Sweden at the Sydney 2000 Olympics.

 

Subsequently, I suffered a tragic career ending injury, which formed the foundation to my new passion in life: helping others to achieve their dreams through fitness and a healthy living. Since I was young I was always into ‘moving’ whether it be swimming, running or climbing trees. After growing up a bit my passion for fitness, health and movement has developed and I now enjoy a number of sports alongside my training. Climbing is a huge love of mine and I boulder/climb regularly indoors and outdoors as much as possible.
