Session description:
Whether you are looking for sports specific training e.g. for skiing, running, athletics etc or would like to focus more on weight loss or general body conditioning then I will have a programme to suit you. I can also include dance training as part of your personal training session and to help you work on balance, co-ordination, flexibility, and core strength and stability.
When the weather is bad or you prefer a little more privacy, I also offer personal training in a superbly equipped fitness studio in West Molesey, Surrey, just 2 minutes drive from Hampton Court. Equipped with treadmill, rowing machine and cycle as well as free weights, medicine balls, Boxing, TRX and core stability equipment, the studio offers a great alternative space to train. Ideal if you wish to focus on key areas of body conditioning.

His work is a synthesis of 30 years of experience in movement, yogic disciplines & meditation, applied philosophy & eastern psychology, bringing the body, mind and spirit to a natural state of meditative synthesis.
He has established an international reputation for innovation in developing yoga, meditation and movement-based teaching inspired by the latest scientific research on the body and self-development, meeting the requirements of our times.
Alexander began his career at age 17 as a state-approved professional dancer at the John Cranko Ballet Academy in Stuttgart, from where he went on to dance with the German Opera House in Düsseldorf and Düsburg. He reached a turning point in his life after a back injury, when his quest to understand the moving body took him on extensive travels to India and Europe to study yoga, Eastern psychology and philosophy and the Fourth Way teachings.
The teachings of yogic disciplines and meditation were brought to him in the traditional one-to-one practice of teacher and student, throughout more than a decade of his life.
Today Alexander works as a qualified Senior Yoga/Meditation/Movement Teacher, an advanced CranioSacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release® practitioner, as well as a lecturer in Eastern philosophy and psychology.
