Session description:
Girls Who Lift beginners course is a 4-week introduction to freeweights. During the course I will teach you how to perform big compound movements (these burn more calories) such as squats, deadlifts, shoulder press and chest press. Once you’ve mastered the lifts and worked on your strength we finish each session with a heart-racing workout putting the exercises into practice. Think fitness, fat loss, toning and fun!
