PERSONAL TRAINER
I am a REPS certified Personal Trainer in London, having qualified with Premier Training International via their industry-recognised ‘gold’ standard training course. My previous work experience lies within youth work and sports coaching. Working within these fields since I was 18, I have always been involved in supporting and developing people. I am passionate and inspired to help people realise their potential both physically and mentally. I am also a qualified Football Coach, Youth Worker and hold certificates in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), solution-focussed therapy, management and First Aid.
I entered into the Health and Fitness industry as a Personal Trainer as I am hugely passionate about fitness, exercise, health and sport. This passion and the desire to support others to lead more active and healthy lifestyles, coupled with previously gained skills I hold led me to Personal Training. Competitively, I take part in Olympic distance Triathlons, Half-Marathons, Marathons and Cycle Sportifs. In my free time I play Football, Swim, Cycle, Snowboard, go Walking and take part in Muay Thai Kickboxing and Yoga.

- Devising exercise programmes for Pre & Post Natal women
- Advanced Nutrition for Weight Management
- Running Technique (Analysis of training in biomechanically-efficient running)
- Studio Spin Cycling
