I love running! Let me share my passion with you… Running is for everyone and I want to encourage everyone to get running and fit.
I have been running on and off my whole life but found a passion for it 8 years ago. I was involved in other sports at the time and really started running again as cross training and to improve my fitness.
I started Run to Become to share her passion for running and to encourage more people of all abilities into running and fitness.
I will coach you in the skill of running and will get you on your way to achieving your goals in running and fitness in a safe and enjoyable way.
Session description:
I have 1-1 sessions in Running Fitness, Barefoot Running, Running Technique and Fitness for Mums and people looking to kick start a fitness routine.
A 1-1 session also means you’ll get more advice where needed and tips on how to continue improving your running technique and fitness level. I’ll also give you a bespoke programme to follow on the days we’re not with you and continually monitor your progress.
Sessions can be booked any time of day to fit in with your schedule, I also offer great discounts on multiple sessions booked or small group sessions for friends. Just let me know the days and times that suit you best. Running sessions are based in Clapham, Wandsworth and Tooting but I am also happy to come to you. Let me know if you live or work locally.

- 1-1 Barefoot Running/ Running Technique, 90 mins – £100
- 1-1 Running Fitness Session, 60 mins – £55
- 1-1 Blocks of Hours (Running, Barefoot and Fitness Sessions), 60 minute sessions, Block of 5 sessions – £250
- Block of 10 sessions – £400
- Barefoot Running Clinics (minimum of 4, maximum of 10), Half day (4 hours) – £100pp
