After a decade in corporate PR I decided it was time for a new direction and the outdoor life, rather than the office life. A former self-confessed exercise-phobe, I have transformed from someone who huffed and puffed on the odd jog to qualifying as a Personal Trainer, and set up Fresh Start – a dedicated service for women – in 2012.
Many of us want to lose that stubborn baby weight, look our best for an occasion or simply feel fit, toned and confident – but need a kick start off the sofa and away from all those ‘buts’.
So, whether you’re new to exercise and feel intimidated by the thought, you’ve stopped seeing results, you’re a new mum, or your trainers are just gathering dust in the wardrobe, it’s time to make a fresh start. How? Well, you’re more likely to exercise regularly if it’s something you enjoy. So Fresh Start Personal Training’s bespoke fitness programmes make fitness fun in a friendly, ‘shout free’, relaxed environment. No ‘Bootcamps’ here! Using a range of exercises and equipment, sessions will continuously challenge you at the right pace to help you to reach your goals (so we can set new ones!).

Fresh Start Personal Training provides cost effective 1-2-1 or group workouts, and at home or on one of the local commons. Fresh Start fits around your busy schedule to help you to build regular exercise into your lifestyle – for good.
We provide personal training in Balham, Clapham, Tooting, Streatham, Raynes Park, New Malden, Teddington and Twickenham, helping women of all ages to feel fit, healthy and fabulous.
