At 12 years old I won a prestigious scholarship to study dance and a place at Ballet Rambert. Professional performances include the E.N.O. at the Coliseum and the BBC. My search to increase strength and stamina led me to yoga, a practice that ebbed and flowed in and out of my life for 20 years before I started teaching.
I created Pure Balance Yoga for busy individuals who want to restore some balance to their lives and maximise their health, fitness and mental wellbeing.
With the frenetic pace with which we live our lives today, it can be a real challenge to manage stress and combat fatigue, (when this happens it is easy to forget the most basic function and breathe properly).

As well as being a yoga teacher for Google, many large companies and individuals in the film and finance sector and Sweaty Betty ambassador. I am also a qualified hula-hoop instructor and loving mother to a one-year old Frenchton puppy called Byron.
