A variety of training activities and techniques will help you to keep motivated and enjoy your training. I will keep track of your development and progress, and can also perform fitness assessments with you in order to identify your strengths and weaknesses. Assessments may include your lung capacity, blood pressure, flexibility and body mass percentage.
