Founding Nathan Towle Personal Training in 2009, in Canada Water, Southwark, London, I set out with a goal: to get people feeling amazing and loving the exercise that got them there. After 5 years, hundreds of clients and thousands of training hours, this goal has been confidently achieved. From mothers to athletes, my approach has been shown again and again to get people looking, and feeling, amazing. As I learn about you, I’ll put together a fitness plan tailored to your goals and fitting with your life. You’ll learn how to exercise effectively and safely based on scientific principles and in tune with your body and individual goals. Your programme will cover your personal training as well as any supplementary training you’ll undertake on your own. I’ll teach you all you need to achieve your goals. At all times you’ll know exactly what you’re doing and how to do it.
- Your first sessions is just £10 so you can decide if we are what you’re looking for.
- Five personal training sessions per week for 4 weeks – £1800. (20 sessions in total working out at £90 per session).
- Two personal training sessions per week for 4 weeks – £800. (8 sessions in total working out at £100 per session).
- One personal training session per week for 4 weeks – £420. (4 sessions in total working out at £105 per session).
Three personal training sessions per week for 4 weeks – £1140. (12 sessions in total working out at £95 per session).
