Ever since I can remember I’ve loved anything to do with fitness. I play quite a few team sports, including, basketball, volleyball and handball and I was fortunate enough in my late teens to play football at a professional level. My enthusiasm for sports and nutrition inevitably led me to a career in the fitness industry where I gained a few qualifications including level 3 personal trainer, and now train clients in Canada Water, London. Always looking to improve my skills and gain more knowledge I am currently undertaking a course on exercise referral.
I speak 3 languages fluently which are Hungarian, Italian and English and my next goal is to learn greek as well. I constantly challenge myself by taking part in charity runs. Not only does it help my physic but I specially find rewarding being able to give back to the community.
