I lost over three stone around 4 years ago. I used to be a large size 16 and now I am a size 10 and feel energised, more confident and have a real love for life!

Forget the “diet” clubs (they make me cross!). Forget the word “diet”. I am all about a lifestyle. This is for the long term.
A lifestyle that is sustainable, enjoyable, has numerous benefits, helps you to feel the best you can be and get the most out of your every day life.
To wake up and feel a zing and zest for life because your energy levels are renewed, you have the body you want and you feel great!
You do not need to train with me 3 times a week if that isn’t for you. I will want you to check in with me about other activities you are doing – if you are serious about making changes. We can devise an action plan together what you do at the gym or how many times a week you are playing tennis or going to Pilates.
Nutrition is KEY. I cannot emphasise enough that a fantastic healthy body is 70% about what you eat.
I do like clients to keep food diaries especially initially while we are re-educating and learning how to take our step by step changes to adapt to the new lifestyle. Five years ago I never imagined I would eat dark chocolate instead of milk, not eat breakfast cereals (I used to love!), make green smoothies everyday and be in the gym six days a week!
