Over the past 12 years I have been involved in sports and fitness which has helped me build up a strong foundation for working with clients and helped me gain my level 3 personal training and sports massage qualifications. I strive to constantly learn new training methods and techniques so I can offer the highest level of service to you.
I encourage my clients to make time to eat a balanced diet of fresh non-processed whole foods as often as possible, be as mobile and active as they can and make time for rest and recovery. My clients describe me as an approachable, friendly and knowledgeable trainer who constantly pushes them during each session.
