From a young age I have had an interest in movement, creatively and functionally. Growing up in Wales I attended sport and dance classes of all kinds to maintain variety in my practice.
Now a personal trainer in Stoke Newington, I can help with: Fat Loss, Toning, Body Confidence, Muscle Gain, Cardio training, Posture correction, Dance, HIIT Training and Sports Conditioning.
As a result of the training that I provide, clients get fitter, faster and stronger for daily life whilst reducing body fat and increasing lean muscle.
