My full name is Kirsten Damgaard-Nielsen, with a name like that how could people not know I’m foreign? Originally, I was born in Holland, my mother is Dutch and my father is Danish.
I have always kept my body active from a young age, I was a keen dancer, dipping into all forms from ballet to street. This led to a burning desire to educate myself in fitness, and initiated my wish to become a Personal Trainer and a Yoga teacher.
I love love love everything healthy, green and organic. I get enjoyment knowing this is good for me and I am treating my body as a heavenly temple. Let me teach you how to treat yours as one.
No two women are exactly the same. Similar to a diet plan, a training method that delivers results to one person may do nothing for another. We are all unique. There are so many different types of women with distinctive preferences, schedules and lifestyles.
It is vital that I make sure as your trainer that your training program is cultivated for you and only you.
Although we all respond individually to training, the tools we use are universal. A favourite tool of mine is weights. However, many women are hesitant to embrace these in the fear of looking like Arnold Schwarzenegger’s twin sister. THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN. As your trainer I am here to guide you and teach you that women who lift have the most lean feminine curves of them all. Not only does muscle strengthen and sculpt but it also burns body fat like crazy. Muscle and metabolism go hand in hand, the more muscle you have, the more fat your body will naturally burn.
