I began my fitness career working in the gym of a small hotel gym in Oxford, having completed the Premier Diploma in P.T and Sports Massage. After working abroad for three years as a fitness consultant Energy Project. In 2011 I started IG Fitness in London.
Your session will last for 45-60 minutes and are focused on our exclusive ‘AB Training’ technique. ‘AB’ or ‘After-Burn’ Training is short bursts or exercise followed by short rest periods. 45 minutes really is enough time to get the results you want. Your body is then in a state of calorie burning for the next few hours – hence the After-Burn effect. We bring equipment such as KettleBells, TRX, Boxercise pads/gloves and more.
All new clients start with a free initial consultation. This gives you the opportunity to meet with me. We will discuss about your personal situation, nutritional habits, and usual activities and I will design a specific training program regarding the goals you want to reach and the frequency you want us to meet.
