I am a fully qualified and insured Aussie personal trainer and reformer pilates instructor and I offer services catering for different budgets and schedules including one to one personal training and small group training (in the Swiss Cottage Gym, Camden and outside of the Gym eg. outdoors, home or office) and online personal training for those familiar with my style of training.
I use a variety of training methods and techniques from HIIT/cross fit style through to pilates/yoga based principles and a broad range of equipment including TRX suspension, kettle bells, resistance bands, wobble boards, stability and bosu balls, power plates, free weights, body weight and pilates reformer to create fun, effective and varied workouts for all levels.
